Bruce Moore – Chief Executive
Bruce has the responsiblity for the overall leadership, management and performance of Hanover. This incorporates Corporate Engagement, External Policy and Public Affairs, Research, Internal Communications and the central management of Complaints.
Rona Nicholson – Chief Operations Officer
Rona is responsible for Hanover's day to day operational performance standards, service development and investment in existing and new business. She directs projects and implements programmes to put Hanover's strategic priorities into practice, and supports the effective leadership of Hanover. Rona is also responsible for the strategic implementation of our three operational functions including housing and property and development.
Tony Tench – Retirement Housing Director
Tony is responsible for the management of rented and home ownership retirement housing and support services that reflect local choice; the provision of policy information and driving forward key projects that develop and improve the services we offer.
Claire Anderson - Extra Care and Services Director
Claire is responsible for the management and development of our extra care portfolio and the provision of other key services including our Service Centre, Hanover on Call, a national sales team, home improvement services and support services in Hackney.
Barbara Matthews - Finance and Resources Director
Barbara is responsible for all aspects of finance and procurement, HR, IS, company secretariat and internal audit.
