Caroline Marsh

Caroline joined the Board in October 2011 and is Chair of the People and Governance Committee. She has over 15 years experience as a senior leader in social care, health and justice services.

Prior to joining Hanover Caroline was a Director of the National Offender Management Service, responsible for prisons, probation and community justice in the North West of England. She was previously Director of Adult Social Care for Manchester City Council.

Caroline has an honours degree in Social Administration and is an Associate member of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services, as well as being a Fellow of the RSA.

She currently works as an independent consultant, supporting leaders and organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors to deliver the best outcomes for people who use their services in justice, care and health.
