Jagdip joined the Board in September 2015 and is a Member of the Investment and Opportunities Committee.
He brings with him a wealth of experience as a business transformation leader who has been leading transformation and IT change in large organisations for over 15 years.
Prior to joining Hanover Jagdip has been an interim executive, supporting a large NHS Trust with the design and delivery of a large portfolio of change programmes. He has also held senior transformation roles at British Gas from June 2011 to November 2012 and at BT Openreach from 2008 to 2011.
Jagdip has a Computer Science degree from Cambridge University, an MBA from London Business School and is a Chartered Engineer.
