We have over 40 years of successful partnership working in which we have been able to offer flexible and imaginative solutions to providing good quality, well designed and well managed housing and support for older people.

The often complex needs of the individual cannot often be met by a single professional organisation. By working effectively with residents, local authorities, The Housing Corporation, the Department of Health, the private sector, the voluntary sector and community groups, we can however bring together an impressive array of skills and experience. This results in an approach that is responsive to the needs of individuals, but also addresses the challenges of retirement faced by society as a whole.

Solid partnership working, where partners feel they are contributing equally their expertise and knowledge, relies on recognising that objectives, whilst aligned with those of Hanover’s, may be different.
