Award winning pet policy
We know that owning a pet is very important to many of you. Pets can help to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and combat depression. But above all, pets can bring a great deal of joy.
In recognition of our recently updated Pet Friendly Policy, we have been awarded a prestigious Silver Footprint award in the RSPCA’s Community Animal Welfare Footprint Scheme; a scheme that promotes good practice in animal welfare by local authorities and housing providers.
Good policies make for excellent practice. Hanover Walk, Storrington received a special award from the Cinnamon Trust recently, after being recognised as one of the top five retirement housing estates for the care and compassion it shows towards older people and their pets.
A further four of our estates made the top 10; Hanover Close, Stevenage; Hanover Court, Didcot; Hanover Court, Worcester and Reevy Park Court, Bradford. An additional 25 were also recognised for their excellence.
