Extra Care Catering Survey Report
In the summer of 2009 Hanover sought the views of over 400 Extra Care residents across 20 developments (representing a third of its stock) on one of the most important services provided within Extra Care – Catering.
The findings provide some very useful insights into resident’s views on current services and their aspirations for future service development.
