Interpreting Service
For our residents and customers whose first language is not English, our interpreting service is accurate, confidential and impartial. With access to trained interpreters, we have no language barriers to understanding your needs.

We use an Interpreting Service for people whose first language is not English.
If you would like to speak to someone in your own language about Hanover and the services it provides, please call our Service Centre on 0800 280 2575 who will arrange for an interpreter to call you.
When you call to arrange to speak to an interpreter please note that the person who answers the telephone will speak English. You may prefer a family member or friend who speaks English to call the Service Centre to arrange an interpreter.
When arranging an interpreter please state the following:
- That you would like to speak with an interpreter
- The language you wish to speak
- Your name
- Your telephone number
- Your address
Once the Service Centre have arranged an interpreter the interpreter will then call you back within 48hrs.
