Hanover appoints three new Board members

Hanover Housing Association is delighted to announce the appointment of Jagdip Grewal, Gaynor Gillespie and David Holt to its Board of Directors.

Jagdip brings with him a wealth of experience as a business transformation leader, who has been leading transformation and IT change in large organisations for 15 years.

He is currently interim Director of Business Systems for one of the largest NHS Trusts in London. Previously he has supported Channel 3 Consulting by delivering a large portfolio of major programmes (£50million+) for their NHS clients.

Before that Jagdip held senior transformation roles at British Gas and BT Openreach, while driving the design and delivery of multi-year change plans. Jagdip holds an MBA from London Business School, is a Chartered Engineer and has a computer science degree from Cambridge University.

Gaynor is a commercially focused business leader and People Director, with a successful track record over a 20-year career within the real estate investment, specialist healthcare, hospitality and retail sectors.

She is currently a Non-Executive Director for Investors in People (Scotland) Ltd. Gaynor was previously People & Corporate Development Director for Capital & Regional plc, where she advised the Board and led on all matters relating to people and corporate social responsibility. Before that Gaynor held senior HR roles at Ashbourne Ltd and Malmaison Hotels.

David is a Chartered Management Accountant with 20 years’ experience as a board-level finance director in the private sector. He left Land Securities in 2014 after 11 years in senior finance roles, including Finance Director for the retail division and Group Director of Finance.

Before that, David held senior finance roles with Coats plc (including Group Chief Auditor) and Unilever. He is Deputy Chairman of Ebbsfleet Development Corporation and a Board member and Senior Independent Director at both the Tavistock and Portman NHS FT and Whittington Health, where he also chairs both audit committees.
