The Bedford Corn Exchange is the largest entertainment venue in the town and plays host to a variety of performances, meetings, conferences, concerts and private functions. The event includes sports, funfairs and live music. It is the second largest regular outdoor event in the UK. The Bedford Regatta each May is Britain's largest one-day river rowing regatta.
The M1 is easily accessible at junctions 13 & 14 and access to the town is provided by the A6. There are two railway stations, (one only 20mins from the development) with services to London St Pancras, East Midlands and Bletchley and a network of bus services.
