Hanover House is centrally located just off the A61 Leeds Road, overlooking the Stray. The other main road through the town is the A59 to York, which links with the A1(M).
The town’s railway station operates regular services to Leeds and York via the picturesque town of Knaresborough. There are also direct services to London King's Cross.
Regular bus services operate between Harrogate, Ripon and Leeds. Leeds Bradford International Airport is 10 miles south west of Harrogate.
