This compact development has eight one and two bed apartments, set in the centre of Bere Alston village. Next to the development is a small supermarket and down the road is a bookshop, pharmacy, fish and chip shop and deli.
An on-site manager looks after buildings and grounds maintenance and repairs, as well as offering further advice and support as required. Local buses run to towns of Tavistock, Plymouth and Callington.

Bere Alston is a small village in Devon about ten miles north of Plymouth and on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. The village has one pub, a small supermarket and a café. There is a lawn bowling club in the village playing in many leagues in Devon. The club is visited by many touring teams throughout the season.

Bere Alston is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is on the doorstep of Dartmoor. Buckland Abbey and the River Tamar are just two famous landmarks nearby. Within the village the Bere Alston Trekkers is a friendly community running club who often raise money for charity.

The town is on the B3257 which connects to the A386 to Tavistock and Plymouth. Bere Alston railway station operates services to Gunnislake and Plymouth. Local buses run to towns of Tavistock, Plymouth and Callington.
