The buildings and grounds maintenance and repairs are all taken care of by your professional on-site manager. Should you need to access further help and support they will also be on hand with advice. There is a secluded pathway at the rear of the grounds, which leads to a locked gate (to which all residents have a key). This gate then takes you directly out on to the High Street.
