History and points of interest

St Mary the Virgin is a 14th century Saxon church which stands on the hill overlooking the old village. In Ealing Road opposite, an open air miniature railway features at the village community centre. Willow Cottages on the village green are said to have been built of bricks from the old manor house, which once stood behind the parish church.

Northala Fields is an award-winning extension to Northolt and Greenford Country Park. Set alongside the A40 it contains four artificial hills, as well as several fishing lakes and a large field area.
