For a day out, Preston Manor is a delightful 200 year old manor house with a period walled garden and various exhibits. Brighton has much to offer art and culture lovers, with plenty of festivals, galleries, museums, film, comedy and theatre.
Brighton Centre has top bands while you can catch West End shows at the Theatre Royal. World music, opera and ballet are on offer at the Brighton Dome and art exhibitions feature at many of the town’s museums and galleries.

The estate is located near to the A27 in the Coldean area alongside Hollingbury golf course. Brighton and Hove Bus Company offer lots of services across the local area, while Countryliner operate services to surrounding areas.
The nearest railway station is Falmer, with frequent services to Brighton central, Eastbourne and Seaford. The main Brighton station has many other destinations including London Victoria, Gatwick airport, Worthing, and Hastings.
