For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, Birmingham City Council, who can be contacted on 0121 303 7410.
Pineapple Place Extra Care development is intended for those of you who wish to remain independent for as long as possible but may need help and support now or in the future. To make this possible, your housing, care and health will be fully discussed with you. Optional social activities include films, quizzes and games sessions.
You won’t have to worry about maintenance of the buildings/grounds as they are taken care of by the on-site manager, who can also assist you with accessing further help and support if required.
