For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, Corby Borough Council, who can be contacted on 01536 464000.
Swan Gardens has 35 one and two bed Extra Care apartments with a range of facilities. The residents have use of a shared lounge, dining room, hairdressers and a guest room for visiting friends and family. The regular coffee mornings give an opportunity to socialise with other residents, should you wish to do so.
You won’t have to worry about buildings and grounds maintenance or repairs as an on-site manager looks after these points, as well as helping you to access further help and support if you need it.
