This small development of two 2 bedroom chalet bungalows is located on the eastern outskirts of Bognor Regis. Fundraising activities and occasional estate trips give you plenty of opportunity to get involved with the resident community should you wish to do so. It is less than a mile to a local parade of shops and a regular bus runs into the centre and seafront.

In Hotham Park there are tennis courts and a putting green, a crazy golf course, boating lake and miniature train, as well as a snack bar providing light refreshments and a children's play area.
Bersted Brooks, north east of Bognor Regis, is a nature reserve which is home to a wide variety of wildlife including skylarks and water voles. Opened in 1865, Bognor's pier is popular attraction and remains to this day an important feature of the town.

The Alexandra Theatre is a 352 seat auditorium showing a variety of entertainment from comedy to drama to pantomime. The Picture House shows a wide variety of the latest films as well as live broadcasts of opera and classical music events from across the world.
