We welcome complaints from residents. They are invaluable because they help us to improve the way we do things, by learning from when we get things wrong. However, we try to resolve any issues you have before they become a complaint.

We try to resolve complaints at the earliest possible stage. Our complaints process has three stages; please see our Complaints Policy and Procedure for information on how we will deal with your complaint, or alternatively contact us and we will be happy to help you with any further questions.
