Hanover News

Hanover News is a magazine produced for all Hanover residents twice a year, and is mailed to every household. The magazine aims to provide a mix of articles typically covering service improvements, policy announcements and changes to benefits, organisational news, advice and guidance.
Residents can provide their input to the magazine through two residents’ panels - the Production panel and the Reading panel; both created from members of our larger Intouch panel. If you are a Hanover resident and wish to assist us in selecting the right contents for each magazine or you are interested in helping us make sure the articles are written in a clear and concise way, then please make contact with the Engagement team by email (engagement@hanover.org.uk) or by phone (01784 446117) to join the Intouch panel.
Residents can also choose to opt out of receiving a hard copy of Hanover News by letting our Service Centre know on 0800 280 2575.
