Hanover has a number of Home Improvement Services who assist older and disabled home owners and private tenants across the country to improve, repair and adapt their homes to remain living in them safely and securely for as long as possible.
Hanover on Call (HOC) is our in-house emergency alarm call and telecare monitoring service. The service is designed to provide consistently high standards of response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
There is a range of financial support available to help you pay for your home, and for any assistance you may need to allow you to live comfortably and independantly.

Hanover World is an online community for Hanover residents to meet others residents living in any one of our estates, create groups to share information on hobbies, and discuss topics with like minded people.

Other Services
For our residents and customers whose first language is not English, our interpreting service is accurate, confidential and impartial. With access to trained interpreters, we have no language barriers to understanding your needs.
Hanover provide a number of different support services in the London Borough of Hackney including floating support, telecare response and 5 estates with supported housing with care.
