Consultation and engagement
Both Anchor and Hanover have a strong commitment to involving the people we serve in helping us develop and improve.
There is a great deal to consider and we don’t have all the answers yet. But, in line with the values of both organisations, we wanted to talk to customers, colleagues and others about our proposals.
We would only merge if it’s in the interests of the older people we serve as well as enabling us to build more than we can as two separate organisations.
All residents have had the opportunity to give their feedback on the proposed merger via the online or printed feedback form sent to you in May. The formal consultation period has now ended, but we’re always happy to hear from you so please continue to let us know what you think about the merger, or if you have any questions.
