Our Learning & Development team designs and facilitates a range of training programmes for Hanover employees, from in-house courses to professional qualifications and online training. Each year we deliver around 4,000 in-house training days in around 70 different topics for:

  • Induction
  • Management and Leadership Development
  • Estate Manager and Housing Practice
  • Customer Service and Staff Support
  • Business Skills
  • IT Skills

Employees also participate in professional training programmes specific to their area of work with the support of their individual line manager and immediate team.

We have received national awards and accreditations in recognition of the high quality of our training and we’re always looking for ways to create new learning opportunities for our employees.
