Here’s your chance to be involved in key projects that will drive major organisational change at a dynamic housing association with ambitious plans to grow and develop.
You will be responsible for providing business analysis across the project lifecycle, from building of business cases for change through to detailed scoping of requirements, and identifying ‘to be’ process changes and providing communications support.
This is a varied role delivering critical change support across a range of projects in the organisation. Ability to work on multiple projects, communicate effectively with people from a non-project background, and be both flexible and meet timelines are key.
You will bring experience of analysing requirements and implementing solutions along with your process mapping/modelling background.
You will need the ability to draw information from others and use this to improve services and processes. You must be able to actively engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
