Interested? Then we have an exciting opportunity for a residential Estate Manager at our homeownership estate at Glebe Farm Court, Cheltenham.

What you’ll be doing

As an Estate Manager you’ll be customer focused, flexible, have a strong passion for older people’s independence and rights and reflect our shared values in your day-to-day activities. You’ll need strong inter-personal skills and enjoy a working day with lots of variety.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with homeowners, helping them access social networks and social events
  • Help new homeowners settle into their homes in a positive and respectful way
  • Arrange repairs to their properties and the communal areas of the estate and manage contractors in a proactive way to ensure homes are well maintained, and repairs are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Manage cleaning and gardening contractors to ensure the estate is always clean and tidy
  • Make sure that health and safety checks are carried out, in line with our policies.

We need people who are friendly, customer focused, calm and have the ability to work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds, as well as having a ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving. Being computer literate, and having strong administrative skills is also essential.
