Salary: £24,512 per annum (including line managers allowance)
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (at least one day per week to be worked from 7am to 3pm)

As an Extra Care Estate Manager, you’ll be customer focused, flexible, have a strong passion for older people’s rights and independence and reflect our shared values in your day-to-day activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join Anchor Hanover at the start of a new development and vision for our Extra Care services for older people.

You will not necessarily have previous estate or housing experience as we’ll provide an in-depth training programme covering all aspects of estate practice. However, we are looking for:
