Gaining the Investors in People (IiP) is an achievement in itself, but Hanover has gained the Silver level, placing it in the top 5% of organisations which have been recognised for the IiP award.
In October 2017, Hanover became an Institute of Leadership and Management Centre enabling the Learning and Development team to provide leadership and management qualifications at both Level 3 (A level equivalent and Level 5 (Degree level equivalent). These programmes of learning are designed, delivered and assessed completely internally providing a highly cost effective way for our people to gain relevant qualifications to support them both for now and tomorrow.
To support our managers in gaining this learning in a way that suits them and to enable them to gain learning to meet their individual development needs we offer the same learning modules in three different ways:
Training Journal is the largest learning and development community and resource online. It also provides discussion webinars.
Hanover is a participating organisation and is authorised to display the two ticks symbol. The scheme recognises employers who have agreed to take action to meet five commitments relating to the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled employees.
