Investors in People
Gaining the Investors in People (IiP) is an achievement in itself, but Hanover has gained the Silver level, placing it in the top 5% of organisations which have been recognised for the IiP award.
Chartered Management Institute Approved Centre
Hanover has met the exacting learning delivery and assessment requirements to become a Chartered Management Institute Approved Centre, which means we can offer accredited in-house management and leadership development programmes to staff. It is the only housing association to have gained this prestigious status making it an equal with universities and colleges offering management development programmes.
TAP Gold Partner Award
The Training Foundation aims to professionalise learning and development and is an independent training quality standard with some 1,300 organisations employing more than 25,000 TAP-certified trainers. Hanover has achieved the Gold Partnership status in recognition of highest standard of training practice, one of only 52 organisations to achieve this award. This guarantees that our internal programmes offered to staff reflect best practice in training design and delivery.
Hanover has gained the following prestigious national awards:

The Charity Learning Awards
These awards were set up to showcase and celebrate key achievements of members of The Charity Learning Consortium.
