This small development has 8 two bed houses set in a quiet cul de sac in the south of Sudbury. There is a good range of amenities in the town centre including supermarkets, pharmacy, deli and health food shop.

Having a professional on-site manager will mean they will ensure the buildings and grounds maintenance and repairs, are taken care of.   Local buses run to the nearby towns and villages including Colchester and Braintree.

Local area

Sudbury is a small market town in the English county of Suffolk which dates back to Saxon times.  Sudbury retains its status as a market town with a twice-weekly market in front of the redundant St Peter's Church. This old church has now become a local community point for events such as concerts and exhibitions.

For centuries the weaving and silk industry prospered in Sudbury and many great houses and churches were built, giving the town a major historical legacy. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside which was once painted by Gainsborough and Constable.

Sudbury is located on the River Stour near the Essex border, and is 60 miles north-east of London. The bus station on Hamilton Road in the town centre provides services to neighbouring places. Sudbury train station provides services to London and Liverpool Street.
