This is a small development of 8 two bedroom bungalows, situated in a residential area. At the end of the cul de sac a footpath can be followed to Campsall Park – a large green space surrounded by countryside, lakes and woodland.

Nearby Norton offers two pubs, a post office and two village shops. Askern has a medical centre, dental surgery, leisure centre with swimming pool plus a greyhound racing track.
The estate can be found in the centre of the village just off the Avenue. The nearby A19 links to the M62 junction 34 and onward to Selby and Doncaster. The A1(M) can be accessed via the A1, which connects to Knottingley.
The nearest train station is Adwick for services to Doncaster, Sheffield, Lincoln, Wakefield and Leeds. There are local buses running to Askern, Carcroft, Doncaster and Knottingley.
