Located directly opposite Bromley Common, Crown Meadow Court is an Extra Care retirement development of 60 apartments with a great range of on-site facilities including a residents’ lounge, hair salon, activity room and even a cinema! Maintenance of the estate and the attractive landscaped gardens are supervised by an on-site manager, who can also assist with access to further support if required.

The properties back on to the Parkfield Recreation ground and are close to local shops, bus routes and amenities, plus the Holy Trinity Church. The estate provides plenty of social activities to take part in, such as regular coffee mornings, craft sessions and occasional trips out.

Local area

This large southeast London town has many doctors, dentists, opticians and other health professionals to choose from. The Glades shopping mall and pedestrianised High Street offer a good variety of retailers and some unusual restaurants, plus there is four-screen cinema.

Historically Bromley was a Kentish market town and an important coaching stop on the way to Hastings from London. Bromley College is a notable historic building while the parish church of St Peter and St Paul incorporates a medieval tower. Bromley also has its own Morris team, The Ravensbourne Morris Men.

Transport links

Located just off the A21 at Bromley Common, Crown Meadow Court is easily reached from junction 4 of the M25. Bromley is served by several railway stations; the nearest being Bickley and Bromley South. Both stations provide frequent services to central London Victoria, Orpington and Bedford.

Regular bus services operate from the town centre serving surrounding areas.
