For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Maintenance of the estate and the attractive landscaped gardens are supervised by an on-site manager, who can also assist with access to further support if required.

Located just off the A21 at Bromley Common, Crown Meadow Court is easily reached from junction 4 of the M25. Bromley is served by several railway stations; the nearest being Bickley and Bromley South. Both stations provide frequent services to central London Victoria, Orpington and Bedford.
Regular bus services operate from the town centre serving surrounding areas.
