For some of our Retirement Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, Mid Sussex District Council/Affinity Sutton, who can be contacted on 0300 100 0303.
This is a small development of one and two bedroom apartments on the outskirts of Haywards Heath with landscape gardens. An on-site manager looks after buildings and grounds maintenance and repairs, as well as offering further advice and support whenever needed.

Haywards Heath is in the heart of Mid Sussex, 36 miles south of London. Located just off Balcombe Road, Mill Hill Close is in the north of the town. The Haywards Heath rail station has services to London Victoria, Brighton, Bedford and Eastbourne. Local buses operate throughout the town and surrounding area, including travel to Horsham, Burgess Hill and Brighton.
