Estate overview

This is a small development of one and two bedroom apartments on the outskirts of Haywards Heath with landscape gardens.  An on-site manager looks after buildings and grounds maintenance and repairs, as well as offering further advice and support whenever needed.

With Hanover’s 24 hour emergency call system, you have access to help and assistance at all times.  There is a residents association, coffee mornings and organised outings.  All local amenities can be accessed by a regular bus service.

Local area

The Orchards shopping centre has a good range of shops, a post office and cafés. The farmers market has a choice of fresh produce.  The Broadway area offers a variety of restaurants.

The leisure facilities, including a large swimming pool, can be enjoyed at the Dolphin centre.  Other amenities include supermarkets, parks and several sports grounds.  The town boasts a spectacular array of attractions.  The nearby villages and Scrase Valley nature reserve offer good walks.

Haywards Heath is in the heart of Mid Sussex, 36 miles south of London.  Located just off Balcombe Road, Mill Hill Close is in the north of the town. The Haywards Heath rail station has services to London Victoria, Brighton, Bedford and Eastbourne.  Local buses operate throughout the town and surrounding area, including travel to Horsham, Burgess Hill and Brighton.
