Waterlooville has a range of shops in a pedestrianised precinct, supermarkets and  a weekly market.  The town offer a range of sports clubs and facilities includes a swimming pool which is home to Havant & Waterlooville Swimming Club, a bowls club and Avenue Tennis Club.  Havant is also home to a notable rifle and pistol club.  Historic Portsmouth and the seaside resort of Southsea are just 8 miles away. 

The Spring Arts and Heritage Centre in Havant is a venue for  entertainment programmes including theatre shows, music, comedy nights, films, dance events, exhibitions and workshops.  Havant holds a Literary Festival annually.

This development is conveniently situated off Junction 3 of the A3(M) on the outskirts of Waterlooville, a town in Hampshire. It is 8 miles north of Portsmouth with excellent motorway links on the A3(M) connecting via the M27 to Southampton and beyond.

The nearest train stations are located in Havant and Cosham which are on the main train route between London and Portsmouth and also Southampton to Cardiff.

There's also a regular bus service runs to the local towns of Havant, Chichester and Portsmouth.
