For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, London Borough of Bromley, who can be contacted on 020 8313 4098.
Regency Court offers 60 one and two bedroom Extra Care apartments set within landscaped gardens. Residents can make use of a hair salan, guest room, restaurant and lounge for socialising in.
