The estate is located just off Belstead Road, not far from the A14 and A12. Ipswich railway station is a short walk away for services to London, Norwich and Lowestoft. Nearby towns are Felixstowe, Needham Market and Stowmarket in Suffolk and Harwich and Colchester in Essex. Stansted airport and Harwich International Port are within an hour’s drive.
