For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, Slough Borough Council, who can be contacted on 01753 475111.
This contemporary Extra Care development overlooking the surrounding countryside has a range of 71 one and two bed apartments. There is a strong sense of community and various social activities are organised at the Pines.
The buildings and grounds maintenance and repairs are all taken care of by your professional on-site manager. Should you need to access further help and support they will also be on hand with advice.
You’ll find the development is well equipped with a range of facilities, including a hair salon, cinema, hobbies room, library and a guest room for visiting friends and family.
Upton Court Park is Slough’s main sports park, offering a host of clubs and activities plus natural parkland with stunning views of Windsor Castle. For nature lovers there are streamside walks, woodland and wetland areas. Annually a bonfire and fireworks display is held at the park.
