This small development of two 2 bedroom chalet bungalows is located on the eastern outskirts of Bognor Regis. Outings are organised to get to know the resident community. It is less than a mile to the local shops and a regular bus runs into the centre and seafront.
This development is to the west of the town just a short walk from the sea. Bognor Regis is a seaside town in West Sussex. Bognor still has its fishermen, operating out of the beaches, and there is a weekly market.
The Hotham Park has tennis courts, a golf course and boating lake. Bersted Brooks is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Bognor's pier is an important feature of the town. The Alexandra Theatre and the Picture House offer a variety of entertainments and shows.
Nearby are towns Littlehampton and Selsey. Bognor Regis railway station runs services half hourly to London and to other southern coastal towns.
The A29 connects the town northwards to Dorking where it joins the A24 to London. The A259 is the coastal road running along the south coast from Havant in Hampshire to Folkestone.
