If you're in rent arrears, you'll need to let them know how you are trying to deal with your financial issues. They will help you by agreeing a sensible plan for repaying your arrears, making regular repayments each month to reduce the arrears.
If you're having difficulties keeping to your repayment plan, you'll need to tell us before you miss a repayment as we may be able to change the terms of your agreement. If you miss a repayment, we will have no option but to take the next step in our arrears process. This may involve issuing a legal notice or taking court action.
