Reporting a repair in your home
Follow these three simple steps to ensure your repair is dealt with effectively:
- In the first instance report your repair to your estate manager
- If your Estate Manager is unavailable, or you don’t have one, you can call the Repairs Desk on 0345 6040121. The Repairs Desk working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Please note that on Saturdays, the Repairs Desk is open from 8am to 4pm. However, if the repair is not an emergency, you may be asked to speak to your Estate Manager on Monday, or call back on Monday
- Only use your emergency alarm service if you have an out of hours emergency

Making changes to your home
We know it’s important for you to be able to make your home your own. As a Hanover tenant, you can decorate your home as you wish as part of your tenancy conditions. Before making any other changes to your home, please check your tenancy agreement and talk to us about your plans.
