For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, Blaby District Council, who can be contacted on 0116 272 7770.
There are 33 one and two bed apartments in this Extra Care development which have a range of facilities including a guest room, library with large screen TV and hairdressers. There’s plenty of opportunity to get involved with the resident community with trips, music and fundraising events held at this development.
A professional on-site manager looks after buildings and grounds maintenance and repairs, as well as helping you to access further help and support if you need it.
Around the village
