For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, Bristol City Council, who can be contacted on 0117 922 2400.
Providing a real alternative to residential care, Blaise Weston Court has a range of 55 purpose built Extra Care apartments. Midday meals can be enjoyed in the on-site restaurant, which has a choice of dishes. The one and two bedroom properties are also handy for local shops, amenities and bus routes to the city centre.
