Elizabeth Gardens, Thurrock

For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, Thurrock Council, who can be contacted on 01375 652868.

Grays in Thurrock is home to Elizabeth Gardens, a development of 65 Extra Care apartments with a wide range of on-site facilities including shared gardens, residents’ lounge, hair salon and guest room. Located on the edge of the town not far from Thurrock Community hospital, the properties are close to local shops, transport links and amenities.

You won’t need to be concerned with buildings and grounds maintenance as a professional on-site manager takes care of those aspects, as well as assisting with access to further support if required. The regular coffee mornings, craft sessions, entertainment afternoons and occasional trips out ensure you’ll receive a friendly welcome.
