The Kingfisher Leisure Centre in Sudbury has a 25m pool, sauna, spa, café, group fitness classes and gym. Sudbury Garden Centre is situated outside the town with plants, gardening products, gifts and a restaurant.

Films and festivals

The Quay Theatre shows plays, comedies and films as well as running a Book Club, Musical Society, Film Club and the Sudbury Dramatic Society. Each September, the twenty four mile stretch of the River Stour hosts hundreds of canoe and small boat enthusiasts in a weekend event called Sudbury To The Sea.
