For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, London Borough of Hackney, who can be contacted on 0208 356 2929.
This Extra Care development has 34 one bed apartments. Residents’ on-site facilities include a shared lounge, gardens and a treatment room. Behind the development is Haggerston Park, a large green space. The local shops include a café, barbers and supermarket.
Your on-site manager is your point of contact, overseeing the properties and estate services, as well as helping you to access further help and support if you need it.
