For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, London Borough of Hackney, who can be contacted on 0208 356 2929.
This Extra Care development has 29 apartments with on-site facilities including a shared lounge and garden. A short walk away is Finsbury Park. Local shops include a supermarket, cafés and a bakery.
There’s plenty of opportunity to get involved with the resident community with the frequent social events. A professional on-site manager looks after buildings and grounds maintenance and repairs, as well as helping you to access further help and support if you need it.
