For most of our Extra Care Housing estates we have agreements with the local authority to let a percentage of our vacant properties to people nominated by them. Hanover’s agreement for this estate is that all of the allocations are managed by the local authority, London Borough of Bromley, who can be contacted on 020 8313 4098.
60 one and two bedroom Extra Care apartments set within attractive landscaped gardens are offered at Regency Court in Bromley. With a wide range of on-site facilities including a residents’ lounge, restaurant, guest room and hair salon, the properties are convenient for local shops, amenities and transport links.
An on-site manager takes care of repairs and maintenance of the buildings/grounds and can also offer advice on further support available. Plus, there’s a 24 hour emergency call system giving you access to help and assistance as required. You’ll have every chance to get to know fellow residents at the regular tea/coffee mornings, games sessions and group outings which take place.
