Complaints We welcome feedback from residents. If you wish to make a complaint, please speak to your estate or housing manager, who will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Estate consultations If we’re considering making changes to the way we do things or are planning to introduce a new service, we often organise consultations at estates to gather a wide range of views. |

Focus groups To explore how residents feel about our current services or plans for future services. These collective discussions are often facilitated by an experienced researcher, in order to make sure all attending can have their say. |

Intouch Hanover’s national residents’ consultative panel. We regularly send Intouch members invites to take part in focus groups, surveys, working groups and other engagement activities. Please join Intouch if you would like to receive invitations to these events.

Local Agreements An opportunity to get involved with collective resident decisions about how your estate is run. Your local agreement is a document that records these decisions. We hold regular consultations with residents to agree the content.

Residents’ Associations Organisations set up by residents so that they can work together to become more involved in and improve the estate they live in.

Resident Complaints Panel Panel members provide an independent review of residents’ complaints that are unresolved after having gone through our one stage complaints process.

Residents’ groups and social clubs These groups create opportunities for residents to socialise, take part in activities, fundraise and develop projects to improve their health, wellbeing and the quality of life on their estate. |

Satisfaction surveys Every few years we send a random sample of residents a STAR survey, asking how satisfied they are with aspects of our service. We may send you a short satisfaction survey to complete shortly after you have received a service from us. For example, a contractor has recently completed a repair in your home.

Service Development Model/Asset Management Strategy Review Panel This group has an oversight of Hanover’s project to develop a new service model and the changes to how we manage planned maintenance. It acts as a critical friend to ensure that the needs of residents are at the heart of this project.

Short surveys Surveys are a great way to tell us what you think, without having to leave the comfort of your own home. We regularly send short surveys to Intouch members, asking them to answer questions about one of our services.
