Planned maintenance: Section 20

We have been looking at making changes to the way we carry out planned maintenance across the homes and estates we are responsible for looking after. We started the consultation process with residents over a range of works and services which are listed as Package One and were detailed in the below booklet earlier this year. We are in the process of tendering these works and will be in contact with residents again in due course to communicate the outcome of the consultation.

However, due to the fact that Hanover and Anchor are in talks about merging later in 2018, we will not be commencing further consultations regarding the other packages of work in the booklet until we know the outcome of the merger talks and how we propose to work together going forward.

This section provides more information on the proposals, and how residents were able to comment on them.
