Getting more information
We provided a number of ways for residents to get in touch with us to request printed copies of information or ask any further questions:

This number is free from landlines and mobiles. You may be asked to leave your phone number so that someone with full knowledge of the proposals can ring you back.
Any observations which residents wanted to make about the Section 20 consultation still had to be made in writing, to:

Residents could also speak with an independent organisation, such as their local Citizens Advice, or visit the website of the Leasehold Advisory Service for a fuller explanation of the relevant legislation.
