Each year we consult with the residents of each estate about which contractors they’d like to use for day-to-day repairs. You can find out from your estate manager more about the contractors we use on your estate.
We have long term agreements with contractors to maintain certain essential services, such as fire detection equipment, lifts, and door entry and call systems. We invite contractors to tender for this work at regular intervals. This ensures that they continue to offer value for money and deliver the high standards of service we require.
