How do I become a supplier?

If you are interested in working with Hanover, please email your company contact details, a brief description of what it is you offer and the geographical areas you cover to our Procurement team at We will then make this available to Hanover staff so that they can contact you should they have any requirements.

Hanover uses an eTendering Portal to advertise some of our requirements. This portal provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering activities. It is a tool that allows tenders to be carried out electronically rather than the paper based method.

Potential suppliers must demonstrate their capability and experience to be able to deliver services or works to us. This includes financial, commercial and technical capability.

Suppliers must equally demonstrate commitment to equal opportunities in employment, environmental policies and practices, data protection, health and safety policies and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.

Contractors working on estates

If you're a contractor who will be carrying out physical works on our estates (for example, an electrician, plumber, builder, carpet fitter, cleaner, gardener) you will be required to complete Hanover’s self-accreditation. This enables us to monitor suppliers/contractors compliance, including insurance documents and certificates such as Gas Safe/NICEIC. You will only be asked to complete the self-accreditation following award of an order or contract.

Once you've been invited to register to become an accredited supplier/contractor, you can maintain and update your details on our Self-Accreditation website using the login and password issued at the time of your registration.

If you need to update any of your company details, you can do so by logging into your self-accreditation account. If you have any other queries, please email
